Crystals and minerals are natural treasures that can last for generations with proper care. Because each piece is unique, a little attention will help preserve its natural beauty and ensure you enjoy it for years to come.

General Care

  • Handle your crystals with care to help prevent chips, scratches, or cracks.
  • Display them on a stable, secure surface away from edges where they could be knocked over.
  • Keep crystals out of reach of small children and pets if they could present a choking hazard.

Cleaning

  • Dust regularly using a soft microfiber cloth.
  • If needed, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or prolonged soaking unless you know your specific mineral is safe to clean with water.

Sunlight

Some minerals may naturally fade or change color after extended exposure to direct sunlight. To help preserve their appearance, we recommend displaying your crystals away from prolonged direct sun whenever possible.

Storage

Store crystals individually or with protective padding to help prevent scratching, chipping, or accidental damage. Extra care should be taken with delicate crystal formations and polished surfaces.

Every crystal and mineral is a unique creation of nature. Variations in color, pattern, crystal formation, inclusions, texture, shape, and size are normal and should be expected. These natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece special and are not considered defects.

For products offered in multiples—such as certain geodes, tumbles, carvings, or other natural items—the photographs may represent a typical example. Because no two natural specimens are exactly alike, your item may vary slightly in color, pattern, crystal formation, shape, or size while still meeting our quality standards.
