Custom photo ornaments

How do I order a photo ornament?

Open the custom photo ornament, choose an available size and shape, upload your photo, and add optional text for the back. Wait for the upload to finish before adding it to your cart.

What photo should I use?

Use a clear JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB and at least 1 megapixel. Leave room around faces and important details for cropping to your chosen shape. An original photo is usually better than a screenshot.

Can I personalize the back?

Yes. The custom photo ornament offers optional text of up to 30 characters, including spaces, for a name, date, or short phrase on the back. Please check spelling before ordering. This is a photo on the front with optional text on the reverse, rather than two separate photo uploads.

How do I order different photos or messages?

Personalize each design and add it to your cart separately. Use quantity only for identical copies with the same photo, ornament option, and back text. For the next design, replace the photo and check the selected shape and message before adding it to your cart.

What if I change the ornament shape after uploading?

Reopen the photo editor, tap Shapes, choose the shape that matches your ornament, adjust the photo, and tap the checkmark to save. The guide is approximate and does not show the hanging hole; the uploaded thumbnail can remain rectangular.

When will my custom ornament ship?

Custom photo ornaments are made to order in 2-3 business days. Shipping time is additional. If you need an ornament for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Crystals, shipping & returns

Do I receive the exact crystal shown in the photos?

For many one-of-a-kind crystals, minerals, and specimens, yes—you will receive the exact item shown in the product photographs.

For products available in multiples, such as certain geodes, tumbles, carvings, or other natural items, the photos represent a typical example. Because every natural specimen is unique, slight variations in color, pattern, crystal formation, shape, and size are normal.

Are your crystals natural?

We strive to accurately describe every product. Any treatments, enhancements, or dyed materials will be disclosed in the product description whenever known.

How are orders packaged?

Every order is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure your purchase arrives safely.

Do you ship throughout the United States?

Yes. Shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within our stated processing time before shipment. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Will my crystal look exactly like the photos?

Natural crystals and minerals are unique. If the listing is for an individual specimen, you'll receive the exact piece shown.

For listings with multiple similar pieces, you'll receive an item comparable in quality, size, and appearance, but with its own unique natural characteristics.
